He doesn't really know any more than anyone on this board. He's not even in the same area of Belize as the SJ#3 well.  And his interest is more in line with environmental issues Which I,m sure we all agree we want TECO to be respectful of. Now lets go get that oil pumping. For the shareholders and the people of Belize. Remember they are are partners in this quest.
