I agree JB.  I am actually thinking the concession (regardless of size) might have either more trees than originally thought or trees of higher value than originally thought.  In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with having densely packed very valuable trees in a small to medium sized concession.  That would be a great way to start HIMR's operation.
