Exactly someone is definitely loading & also i believe someone is buying under 0001 & then flipping at 0001 based on the color of the buys.On my scottrade elite screen the buys come in different colors if the trade happened after hours or not at the bid or the ask.I have been seeing the different colors for a while & that might explain the endless amount of 0001's.
