I'm pissed at them. First they tell me my money order was accepted and they've processed my cert after spending 17.00 on  cert mail. I call them to see why the delay to my cert. and today I get mail with my un cashed money order telling me I have to use paypal to pay them. wtf? I don't understand how can they be this disorganized.
