Be aware that there is a TOS and that TOS is interpreted to see fit by the mod squad and admins. Also, the CMKX board allows personal attacks and TOS violations. That is a stock specific board that allows violations of TOS. That in itself demonstrates inconsistency of the TOS and those who enforce it.
