I understand what you are saying too Russ.  Many or most penny stock companies are cooked up in a boiler room.  They mostly only exist on paper more than actually having any real foundation.  Gary has been in business since 1989 and the company has been trading publically for at least two years.  There is now a significant revenue stream that is being increased by the BDC activities.  The difference between those boiler room companies and CDFT is that the BR companies do not have any REVS and are typically severely in debt.  CDFT has NO DEBT and NOBODY but NOBODY just ups and walks away from a revenue stream!!!  IMO Gary and CDFT is not going anywhere except to the NYSE.  Have a happy 4th of July Russ!  Kick back and watch the fireworks!
