I just read your post about blind , now I to have seen his writings about Treaty for a long time also. but I have different take as you. I think it's balance against the back drop of naysayers . Look it could all turn out roses and that's the dream ,so do me a favor get off my cloud . Or maybe I'm wrong and Treaty will crash and burn if six turns out to be nine.
