Just think about this....If nothing was to occure on the 12th...our stock would trade and therefore the price would change. Hence this leads me to believe the registration will be submitted on the 12th and the stock will be halted; therefore, the price does not become affected and it can uplist at the price close to 6 dollars would be my guess.
