I spoke with Sean in IR today.  It was a very educational conversation for me concerning the sensitive nature of working with the GOB.  We also discussed the 10K and what the share distribution means.  E&P accounting rules and 10K's  are much different than your typical widget manufacturer's 10K.  I felt more confident about my investment after our coversation.  TECO is well aware of some shareholders frustrations but they have answers for all the "hows" and "whys".  Thanks for your time Sean!  Go TECO!
