I would use the term gullible, but I cannot disagree with what you state.  After a conference call with William one day, when Rocky was doing most of the talking, William called me back and said listening to Rocky was like having a very painful bowl movement.  It takes forever for him to make a point, he uses big words that he often doesn't understand, and he likes to feel and sound important.  However, I must say that I think he really does believe the things he posts, but one must smile and shake their head when reading.
