CWRN's motion to dismiss Tex case

I had asked bingo and bob why a hearing hadnt been noted to dismiss Geo's complaint in Texas on grounds the JVA stated CA as Jurisdiction -Bob and Shirley had stated that in their filings without any supporting evidence or law to back it up-was their attorney sleeping re this ?

-so anyway Bob et al are now properly providing the evidence/law to dismiss the Texas case for lack of Texas jurisdiction- should've been 1st thing they did re Tex case- and imo the court should dismiss the Tx case as per the quoted law- it was bizarre to have 2 separate cases in 2 different states re the same parties and matter anyway
