Well, in reality braveheart, Bull might just like a brand spanking new truck with shiny chrome wheels and woodgrain steering wheel and one of those cajun music playing radios.  Ya know what I mean?  Another day passes and Treaty continues their process in Belize.  As yet, no signigicant storm impairment, so the action goes on.  Hopefully they will complete a good cement job and then more testing before perfing and then, viola, production.  It might roll into next week, but who knows?  It also could be Friday, which is normally a slow day after the 4th, but could be more fireworks for Treaty shareholders if they could announce;  commerical oil in Belize.  Get Ready!
