2 cents is the bottom folks. Or im sure here will be some manipulation but nothing big enough to drop us far before any announcements imho. I beleive this will be the new base based on Belize hope in the current and Texas possibilities. If Bull is riht in his prediction about Texas we can easily see 10 cents to 13 or even 15 with texas alone by first q 14
