"Private Placement stock is restricted for 6 months, and I agree....employee stock might be restricted for 1 to 2 years.  HOWEVER....unless you petition to REMOVE THE RESTRICTIONS, the restrictions remain in place, regardless of whether or not the time has elapsed.  Look at the share structure...2 billion issued, only about 700 million free trading.  Guess where most of those restricted shares still lie.....in the hands of the Baltia employees.......and they have not petitioned to remove those restrictions.  Over 60% of the shares issued and outstanding are owned by Baltia insiders."
