I would have to say this is a good thing, for those mines that are actually processing and producing copper, which sirg is not. The permitting process has stopped.
The permitting process has NOT STOPPED and in fact SIRG hired CDM Smith as of June 4, 2013 to process the AQP! SO YOUR POST IS ANOTHER LIE!
