( OTCQB: CDFTD ) announces that all Convertible Preferred 'C' & 'D' stockholders must send in their payments and associated information, by the end of business, Thursday, July 11, 2013 , so that the preferred securities can be converted into restricted common stock by the Transfer Agent. Citadel EFT will be providing the transfer agent (TA) with an issuance resolution, on behalf of each preferred stockholder, so that the common securities are printed, countersigned and mailed. We expect to meet our deadline to register these securities once the deadline passes, and the TA issues the common stock.
