Just got off the phone with Interactive Business Alliance concerning my "Green Card".  Not only are they letting me live in the US but they want me to call them back next week.  They were very interested in my knowledge of Treaty Energy and 3 years of history.  IBA is out of California.  They claim to be friends with the company and providing some transparency to investors for free of charge to the company.  They believe TECO is a long term hold to which I agree and they are listening to seasoned shareholders like myself.  They have knowledge of current projects but are interested in the shareholders perspective.  Especially shareholders that have traded or invested in other micro-cap companies.
