It appears Rocky finally woke up, and that is not permitted with this crowd.  When I was still active in MMTE, and in constant contact with William, he had little respect for Rocky.  William often said he was just an old fool who like to use big words to make himself sound important.  I don't know Rocky other than on the MMTE board, and I don't think I would ever want to.
