Thoughts and Questions.  Belize is cementing the SJ#3.  However, they have also read the reports of another oil company (not naming that company here) who announced millions of barrels of oil only to then proceed to screw up their well with their cement job, and viola, all was lost.  Knowing that problem can exist in the SJ#3 means that the Max (Pres of Treaty Belize) lead Treaty crew is taking their time and going slower than usual and trying to make sure they don't screw up Treaty's well.  Hopefully they will get it done correctly.  And this may be another point that might be overlooked some by posters.  Treaty does have a wireline truck and equipment down in Belize and therefore, is it possible Treaty would have performed some tests on the well before they made the determination and acquired capital to move forward with the cementing?  Some of you from the oilpatch might want to post your thoughts.
