I can only guess that people can see and understand a level 2. On the bid side the higest bid is $2.30 cents. Should be easy to understand. There is no one bidding for shares who is willing to pay more than 1 cent per share. OK so if they sell 100 shares to this person the last price will be $2.30. Can only hope you are comfortable. with that. If you don't understand that's OK all you need do is hold what you own.
