you just described a beautiful catalyst event.

Until BMSN gets approval (and it will), investors tend to stay away because they like to be very 'safe' with their money...  hence is why these basement levels are available now.

until approval, bmsn is virtually 'owned' by short traders.  as soon as investors begin to own the stock instead of traders, we will see a steady incline as those short traders ( due to the attitude shift caused by the catalyst ) will become long holding, always selling and accumulating, averaging up on the upslope, etc.

it will become quite cataclysmic.  I cannot wait to watch the share price rocket.
