The bottom line is that TECO has not given anyone a compelling reason to buy their stock. Until they do, the only ones picking up shares will be those who are already on board.

If there was any interest outside of this inner circle, the volume would be in the 100's  of millions of shares trading.

At $ .025 / share, 2 million shares is only $ 50K.... peanuts in the stock world.

TECO needs to show solid numbers and the promise of future deliveries. Up to now, they have shown little to stir interest. You can't argue with the numbers.
