It appears so Mayhem.  The oil and gas business is what Lieberman got out of back when MMTE fail (refused) to pay wages to their employees.  The employees went to court and won an injunction against the company which prevented them from drilling until back wages were paid.  So instead of paying, Lieberman redirected the company to lithium.  We all know how that worked out for investors.
