OK so the ask and the bid change rapidly sometimes and I simply can't get them to you as quickly as I might. If the level 2 says there are shares available by showing the asking price at $10.00 that means you may buy all 100 at $10.00 for an investment of $1000.00 or you may buy 10 shares for and investment of $100.00.
Here the business at hand is a simple one. Buy when you can for as cheaply as you can and hold what you own. Once you have jumped thru the hoops necessary to get TelVue shares there is no reason to let them go until someone who needs them is willing to pay.
Just because the asking price is $25.00 does not mean there are not small lots there for less. Place a bid and try for shares.. Let the bid stay there and if someone wishes to move shares out of weak hands into strong that's cool.
REMEMBER THERE ARE ONLY 55,000 AVAILABLE AND MOST ARE IN STRONG HANDS.
