I think a 36" pipe is a pipedream…..It would take several wells to flow into it to be that useful and  TECO has a little ways to go with that. Now if they retap SJ#1and SJ#2 quickly and bring the 3 wells on line, then you just might need a larger pipe then 10", but 36"…is a little but of an overstatement.
