Interesting article! If TECO hit on SJ no. 3 then that would help any ongoing negotiations and open some eyes at New World Oil.  More incentive to hit on SJ no. 3.  I wonder what NWO thinks of TECO and their past three drilling attempts in Belize? Maybe the delays are par for the course and other successful Belize drillers understand the delays better than this TECO shareholder.  I'm dumbfounded by the lead time to results on all the programs.  Time is money!
