Slow, there may be so much oil they'll need to build a 36" pipeline from the well site to the port just to transport it.  And for sure, there will have to be at least two tanker ships waiting for loading at all times so the dock tanks facilities don't overfill.  Think about it.  We may have to forget about BOPD and instead measure Treaty's production in tankers per day.  Get Ready!
