Yep, they have no other choice than to put it on their agendas as the compliance dates are inching closer. In October there's a worldwide convention of the UNEP for Hg remediation and I guess they're waiting on that to take action. By that time we're almost 2014 & this will be the year that cement plants or conglomerates of plants will be implementing Hg remediation technologies. GTGP/J3 only needs a small % of this market to score big, and with a superior product as MBS that shouldn't be a problem
