Talked to DTC again yesterday and their lawyers are really helping us get
the docs the way they want them. They even sent us some hand written edits
yesterday to get the language they say they need re. SEC requirements. I am
quite confident we are going to get what we want.

If we need some news I can do a little one but lets keep the good stuff for
after the DTC announcement that I expect to come
