I don't think Reid is stupid enough to give a date out when the drilling has not even started so we can rip him up for being wrong. He did say that Treaty is working on the Standard and the Murl and looking for Texas drillers to do this. Mobilization charges were sky high with TNC because of having to bring them in from OK. We get a good team from Texas and it won't be so bad. He did not say "soon" lol. He said Treaty is working on it and it won't be long.
