I guess that I forgot to mentoion that Paul was quite pleased with the responses that he was getting form SIRG.  Generally the companies tend to complain and whine when they are asked to make changes.  SIRG has pretty much said ok and are doing exactly what they are asked.  I am actually glad to hear that they are willing to comply, which will avoid hassles in the future.
