I owned several building in the projects when I was young and could deal with the animals and NOT ONE rent check ever came from the individual renting and the # of children grew every 9 mths and would even share the children to go down an scoop benefits we hand out without much investigative work~ Made me so sick!  Social services ~ Welfare Churches ~ they are ALL enablers! When you are Truly hungry YOU WILL WORK!  Of course you can steal and make it easy as you have no morals to your up bringing and thus the cycle comtinues! Civil unrest a reality soon!
