IDVC had a nice little breakout today.  I think there is more to come in the very near future.  The company announced today that they are seeking a new CEO and that a planned merger with a profittable company will be completed by early September.  They just got through finalizing a merger with Cleanfield Energy last month also.  The specialize in the natual gas sector.  This is setting up to be a near and long term play perhaps.
