Where's Bulls opinion  on the 10K?  He's crying poor mouth in W. Texas over $500 worth of parts and yet we see all this dilution?  Something isn't right or at minimum we need an explanation so we know what's going on.  All that dilution and payments here and there for less than $200k in revenue?  I'm not sure how to take that so I can only hope there is something behind the 1.2B OS.
