blindinvestor, maybe I'm a bit pissed off and maybe my statement was unfair but why were these others so pissed off to have filed such an action?  They were obviously advised by their counsel or maybe not very good counsel since it was dismissed. I thought these claimants might have been shorters but these were ex-shareholders, ex-employees and someone who claims to have equipment stolen so what pissed them off to take such action and risk a countersuit?
