Reflection on a few points that happened at the shareholders meeting the other day I can remember three points that stick in my mind. In the hope I would not forget I told Emmett there were two things he could not do even before I sat down.

I said "You can not issue any warrants to in any way ask people who own this stock for money on restricted shares and his answer was "No way will I do that". I then said there can not be any additional shares added to the float and he said "Absolutely there will be none". I turned to look at Jesse and he said "Joe relax". "We have at least enough money to continue another year with no additional funds". Now that was before the closed door meeting so I feel I can say this.

I gave my word when I signed that NDA. Someone going on the boards and saying "The company will be out of business in 5 months is the same as yelling fire in a crowed movie. It was a classless act and one I would expect from the person who did it.

I would hate to break my word but if they were going to put me in jail as long as they put that person in the same cell I will blab my mouth for a month.

When they beg for mercy on bended knee I will tell them to ask "BAG" why I am as nasty as I am.

You Need to hold your shares and if you can you need to add to make these people pay.
