(HIMR).  Onlookers stare in disbelief as the underwater tree harvesting company’s stock closes flat on news that HIMR has successfully secured the funding needed, specifically to acquire and develop concessions in Latin America.   This news signaling to the market that management is likely just days away from finalizing a deal for at least one of the two concessions disclosed a few months back.
