Treaty can and will file for far more than court cost and attorney fees.The law about filing unfounded Bk claims is very punitive.It allows for damages both real and punitive.In this case where it was in fact a malicious filing that was done to hurt the company and possibly allow a fishing trip to enlist other people to file, it is going to be very rough, and very expensive in my opinion.

Last and not the least is the fact that all of the claimants filed false affidavits with a federal court and at least one of them perjured himself on the witness stand.That could draw serious sanctions from the court including possible criminal charges.

The people involved in this fraud against Treaty and therefore all of us shareholders believe they are above the law.I think they are getting ready for a real dose of legal reality.
