Yes.  Revenues are expected to be much higher than the previous.  Profits?  Not until EOY IMO, but revenues.  There should be a significant increase in assets, though it will take time for the market to value those assets in my opinion.   Being invited to list on OTCQX provides a very positive prognosis for the financial state of a company trading @ a penny a share.
