I don't play pennies, I don't play the stocks period.  I was never in this in that capacity.  Without all the "liehub" drama, this stock had serious red flags.  Especially this year.  Now, I am sure that Mr. Leslie is doing a CYA thing, but probably doing it because he knows where this is now headed.  Each side is doing their own finger pointing and have for years.  But the bottom line, no matter how the info got out, Leonard has been misrepresenting himself and the business.  Those court docs are not fake.  So instead of continually calling out either side for being "snakes" why can't we all agree that Mark duped us?  Mark lied.  Mark cheated.  Mark stole.  While I find it disingenuous that Mr Leslie did what he did, the statements he made make a whole lot more sense than anything else that has been presented.  Can we not agree on that?
