Do you really believe that what the CEO does while working for a company has absolutely no affect on the future of the company? Be real!  We can't twist the TOS to fit what we want to be allowed. It is much broader than that.

The CEO obviously plays a role in the company's future. Rod's actions while at each company affected it for many years to come. Great CEOs set the company up for success instead of failure.
