Integracer02, I am not going to defend the company without knowing all the facts.  However, if a TigerLynk needs to be built and requires funding right now and waiting is not an option, then selling at .0001 makes sense simply to get the ball rolling.

Do I know that is what is happening?  No, I do not, and no one does except the company.

Would I like to see this run?  Of course I would.  I am not pumping or detracting at this point, because I just don't know the next step in this journey.  However, the news is good.  The attention HIMR is getting on all other boards bodes well for the future.  And, today's press release suggests more news will soon follow that may answer our questions.
