alj14, I suspect we will have additional news together with clarifications moving forward.  Remember, the deal is not done and the ink is not on paper at this time (as far as we know).  So yes, the situation is still hazy.  However, for a bank to already front the money for a concession (or two), and require a short time period for payment, they must expect the company to move forward very quickly.  Otherwise, they would be out their money.
