Brampton Crest was not "ruined" by Rod but was merged with another company and is still in business. Today it trades on the OTC as  BRCI at the same pps as GDSM! BRCI is one of those rare OTC companies that actually does business and has revenues! It was dropped from its BB status in 2012 for failing to file.
