Marc Faber was on CNBC last week talking about how bad mining is right now, worse than 2008. There is no money for exploratory companies at all, and I'm sure this is affecting jr. miners too. BUT, he believes that this will cause a major problem in the pipeline supply going forward and a large increase in prices. Because of this, he is buying gold now (while many are running from it).

I'm sure SIRG's problems are reflecting the industry's problems right now. In due time, SIRG will find its footing, like the rest of the industry.
