How do people get pissed?   I'm still pissed that TECO hit those lows to begin with so bouncing back to a PPS that we had years ago is still shameful.  I felt a bit better when I went green for two focking minutes but the aholes can't hold a higher PPS to save themselves!  TECO management believes they have "zero control over the PPS".  That assumes they feel their past performance and false starts have nothing to do with the .008's.  That's called focking DENIAL!
