We won't see volume like the last few trading days again because IMO it was recruited and artificial.  We also had a few days of increased volume due to recruited Texas individuals buying a few million shares.  Other than that;  TECO can't generate volume that level of volume on their own merits!  No filings yet, no news since the Mitchell 3 & 4 which has been long absorbed into the PPS.  The general buying public doesn't have a clue what's going on in Texas unless like you they visit Texas.  TECO goes from communicating delivery of a hammer shipped to Belize to waiting weeks after a two month long project to deliver any updates.  The general buying public is asking "Who the fock is TECO"?  Until Belize or another catalyst hits my bet is money flow stalls and we don't see 4's.  I hope I am wrong!
