If I were a CEO of a penny stock and had investors questioning my PR's on a message board, I would file an 8-K reflecting the PR's to the SEC. Then with the SEC watchdogging a company PR's, it would be harder for individules to "bash"  the PR's.??? Just my opinion. GLTY
