I am not aware of the status of Belize SJ no.3 but I know we are close and I hope your sources are credible.   I assume it will take longer for the oil to flow,  the 2-3 weeks wait for stable flow rates and then the GOB to decide how to announce it.  My thoughts are August timeframe for formal announcement.  On the other hand some might receive leaked information.
