The first ART drug will probably cost some cash but since the tech is modular the additional formulations shouldn't cost that much to get approved.  Opioids have been around for so long that the only concern is the nalt. being sequestered and ELTP already has that nailed imo.  The first approval is obviously the most important and if they can get that out the door...well the rest will be history.
